how do you disassemble the farberware rotary cheese grater?

I know the crank comes off so that the grater part came come out, but what is the trick? It won't pull off.

1. If its the type I think it is, you flip the top part of the handle up and back, then flip the top half of the cheese holder away from the handle, then the grater part should pull out, maybe with a bit of force if there's cheese caught in it.
