Will spraying cooking spray on a cheese grater prevent the cheese from sticking to the grater?

2. i wouldn't think so, because it's used to make eggs, butter, batter, or stuff like that. cooking spray might also make the cheese taste bad!!!
3. Instead of cooking spray just make sure your cheese is very very cold (but not frozen - that will make it crumble).
