  1. Soak it first in boiling water, then with a baby bottle brush , wash it in hot soapy water.
  2. dishwasher is the only way i can think of
  3. toothbrush
  4. awwww..I hated to clean those, I washed it the opposite sides of the blades from bottom up, and then let the rest soak for awhile, it usually falls right off :)
  5. The best thing to do is clean it immediately, before anything dries & hardens. Those "net" type scrubbers work good, because the grater grates sponges!
  6. Use really hot water and pour it over the grates, then wash with soapy water. Before you use it nice time, spray it with Pam or other cooking oil. Nothing will stick. If you spray plastic bowls before using them with spaghetti sauce, etc. they won't stain either.
  7. Go to wal-mart or o'rellys they have these little brushes or hard brissel tooth brush it will get it off most of the time
  8. To prevent the "stickies": • When grating cheese, coat the grater with nonstick cooking spray or salad oil before beginning, The cheese will not stick to it and clean up will be much easier. To clean a cheese grater (If there are still any residual cheese): • Grate a raw potato after the cheese, which clears the cheese out of the holes and the grated potato will also bring along the remaining cheese, then it will be easier to clean. • Or, use a toothbrush or mini brush to remove the cheese leftover (The brush is an excellent tool that gets into those small cracks that most cloths and sponges can't. ) Wash normally: • Stick the grater in the dishwasher or wash it in warm soap and water.
  9. Next time spray grater with Pam before you use so the cheese will not stick. For the cheese stuck on now, let it soak then gently scrub in the opposite direct you would to shred.
  10. I use the long handled brushes that you find in any dollar store, with hot soapy dishwater this works fine.
