where can you buy blocked parmesan cheese or mozzarella cheese?

i live in the glen ellyn/wheaton area i and i cant find any blocked cheese anywhere....... also if you have any good recipes with parmesan and mozzarella cheese please post them up. :) thanks for helping!!!!!!

2. Fresh Markets or higher priced grocery stores with deli's. Its not hard, you might try LOOKIN<<<<<< it helps!
3. Any supermarket, Or a deli, or cheese shop.
4. In Maryland? Most stores like Giant have an area where you can look at the 'fancier' cheeses. I know in Bethesda the Giant has an area for blocked cheeses. Also try Whole Foods Market.
5. I don't know where you are,, sounds like UK??? but I know Parmesan is finished in a round about 3 inches thick. mozzarella I don't know.. You must have a phone book>> look for a deli... ASK I live in California

My favorite is a simple Tomato Basil and Mozzarella Salad and just Spaghetti cooked by directions and in skillet saute onion and garlic with salt and pepper and Anchovies melted into the butter and add pasta and toss.
