I use a lot of grated cheese, but hate having to grate it. I do not like the preshredded cheese; to me it does not taste good. Regular graters hurt my hands (tire them out) and I am tired of having to do it. I have tried several of the 'as seen on tv' types of graters, and so far none work. They either aren't strong enough to shred a cheddar, or they clump monterey jack and get bogged down. Does anyone have any good ideas on what I can use? Something out there has to work on both hard and softer cheeses..... My food processor doesn't work well, and store brands (Albertsons) do not work either, I lump those in with as seen on tv types.
