How do you shred zucchini with a grater?

I want to make zucchini bread but dont have a grater how else can i shred it will a mini chopper work? sorry WITHOUT A GRATER

1. Shred the zucchini using a hand-crank shredder, electric vegetable shredder or food processor. The method you choose is largely dependent on personal preference. Although you can shred zucchini using a sharp kitchen knife, it is a slow process.
2. The shredding blade in your food processor if you have one. If not, chopping it coarsly with your mini chopper or a chef's knife will probably be alright. Bert
3. You might be able to do it with a mini chopper, but you'll have little chunks instead of nearly-transparent shreds. The texture will be a little lumpier. You can buy a handheld grater for about $1 just about anywhere
4. Sure you can, I do it all the time in my mini food chopper. Just cut into pieces first and use the pulse so you don't over do it.
