Why does parmesan cheese always disappear from pasta, regardless of how much you put on?

Whenever I make pasta with sauce and add parmesan cheese, I can't see it or taste it after like four bites. I add more, and after another four or five bites it's gone again. Why does the damned cheese keep disappearing, and what can I do to make sure that the cheese stays and makes the pasta delicious?

  1. That's true isn't it? I really hate when that happens.lol.
  2. Parm chz is very tricky, it will absorb the liquid of the sauce that you put on the pasta and that is why it disappears. It basically change color. Chef Leminator.
