how to shred zucchini for bread with no grater?
I don't have a grater or food processor, so how can I shred zucchini to make bread? Do you think instead of shredding, I could just chop into tiny pieces?

- Have you got a vegetable peeler? You could shave off strips as if you're peeling a potato, and then cut those bits up
- where is your potato peeler You have no cheese grater
- veggie peeler. that's your best bet.
- You would probably wind up with a very different texture if you tried to chop it instead of shredding it. Any large pieces would probably wind up at the bottom, as well. Try using a veggie peeler, and if you don't have on of those, carefully use a sharp knife and "shave" the zucchini, angling the blade so you get nice thin shavings.
- I am quite sure mincing up the zucchini would work fine. But a good stainless steal box grater is something you really need in the kitchen.
- I used a vegetable peeler all the time. It works great. Just cut the zucchini into two pieces so the strips are smaller, and peel away.
- Cut into match stick slices then chop.
