does anyone know a brand of fat free parmesan cheese?

i see it in recipes all the time but i dont know what brand even sells this shit. i have a stomach condition in which i cannot tollerate saturated fat so finding a fat free parmesan would make me so happy becuse i could cook the things that i could not cook before.

As a former chef I can say as a hard cheese Parmesan is alot lower in fat, salt and calories than a cheddar or other types of cheese, because it is dried and aged the structure is alot lower in fat, I have seen calorie reduced types so that would be your best bet, in Canada were I live it would be in the aisle were the tomato sauce/spaghetti sauces are, that should be were you would find yours in the US or the country your in.
