Why does the stuff that accumulates under your toenails smell of Parmesan cheese?

Is this where the Italians get it from?

1. WTF????? I noticed it smelled weird but never made that connection!Being Italian,I can assure they DON"T!
2. In your case, I would assume that its from lack of cleanliness, wash more often then your toes wont smell of anything but soap & water. If an Italian is in the habit of not bathing often enough as you are, I'm sure they smell " cheesey" too.

4. Well, what do you think parmesan cheese is made of? Save money and just use what you have at home.
5. its only a part of it, they also took some from the armpit and some from the "you-know-where" part...blend it together with some cheese and there you go, parmesan!
6. I don't know but I wouldn't recommend putting any on your pizza
