bread baking question: If I wanted to add 1 cup of parmesan cheese?

(not fresh grated) to a bread recipe for two loaves (6 cups flour) would I have to alter any other ingredients?

1. I dont think it would matter you might watch it cause it could make your dough a little dry
2. Its fine to add a cup fo parmesan cheese. No need to alter the recipe much. Just add and table spoon of milk or water if you want.
3. It would NOT affect your bread. Just make sure you add the cheese last to keep it from breaking down into the bread. Also, egg wash your bread and add some more cheese on top! Yumm...... Even add some fresh herbs to your bread!
4. no you do not have to change a thing It will not make a difference at all.
5. YES use less salt as the cheese is a bit salty
6. I'd reduce the flour by a little, or you won't have any liquids for all that extra cheese
