Need help finding this Foot Smoother/Scrubber that looks like a cheese Grater - only found in pedicure salon?

Where Can I find this? I've googled everywhere. It looks just like a big cheese grater but its for smoothing the heel. Help, its a great one! Who is hte manufactor or sells this product? no, thats not it. it looks like a cheese grater. its big one. its really good.
