  1. splashes of paint? tear
  2. CHECK THIS OUT!!! I TRIED IT AND IT WORKS!!! grab a pumice stone and a hard strong surface... and start buffing away... you will get A TON of dust... so beware.. .but it works.... just make sure yo udon't over do it...
  3. sandblasting is the way hollister and abercrombie do it.
  4. put them in a bag with lots of stones. take them outside and throw them around the place. this should work. ps this is also great when you're angry!
  5. you can use a razor, and maybe some sand paper. what color are the jeans?
  6. Wash them on a wash board or rock. Scrub them with a brush. Dry them in the sun.
  7. take a lighter and burn the edges
  8. cut small holes (or slits) and use a nail file to distress then and bring out the threads. It works great, i do it to the bottoms of all my jean skirts.
  9. just put them in the blender.
  10. Shave the fabric with a razorblade in random areas.
  11. Ok, that's what I found out from MH magazine once. You've got to wash (whatever you've got) in mix of salt and baking soda couple of times. That suppose to give it a vintage look. Then you can work some spots with abrasive. Good luck!
